The purpose of the Program Advisory Committee is to review the established curricula of the program, instructional-related program materials, equipment and facilities, and student achievement outcomes as a means to provide the school with an external review of its programs.

Michele holds a Master of Arts in Psychology and Counseling. She is a psychospiritual coach, certified hypnotherapist and Past Life Therapist. Her professional experience in the social service and mental health fields spans 25 years. She has completed professional training with Dr. Brian Weiss (Past Life Regression Therapy 2003), Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 2005) & Steve Wilson (Certified Laughter Leader 2010). She is also trained as a Reiki Master/Teacher and Thai Bodywork Practitioner. She is sole owner and operator of Center for Relaxation & Healing – a mind, body, spirit center in Plainsboro, NJ. Frank is a Nationally Certified and NJ State Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Myofascial, deep tissue and sport massage. Along with his wife, Alice , he owns and operates Massage Envy of Montgomery. Alice is a licensed esthetician. Frank & Alice have a 10 room clinic in Montgomery and a 3 room satellite clinic inside the Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center.

Massage Envy of Montgomery: (Trainer / Recruiting Manager)Rose Orrell is the Training and Recruiting Manager for Massage Envy Spa locations in Princeton, Robbinsville, Flemington and Hillsborough NJ. She also maintains a private practice “Present Wellness,” as a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, AADP, with a concentrated focus on digestive healing while holding a degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Rose’s education began in 1998 with an intensive study of Native American primitive healing techniques and dynamic meditation. She then studied body psychotherapy with Rubenfeld Synergy. Following that Rose studied massage at the Institute for Psycho Structural and Balancing in 2006 in Los Angeles, CA. She maintained a successful private practice with an extensive celebrity client list as well as on going studies with Val Guin, the creator of “forearm dance” among other great mentors at the top of the healing arts field. Rose is now dedicated to educating her current staff on sustainability as massage therapists by focusing on body mechanics from a holistic approach.

Equipoise Massage Therapy: (Owner / Massage Therapist)Colleen Murray-Seig graduated from Somerset School of Massage Therapy in 1994 and went on to receive advanced training in Neuro-Muscular Therapy from The NeuroMuscular Academy of Florida that same year. She then worked at the Gatsby Salon in Green Brook as a Massage Therapist until April of 1999, when she had her first child. Several months later, Colleen began working for the Gentle Healing Wellness Spa, which eventually expanded by adding a Massage School. Colleen then began teaching Neuro Muscular Therapy, Physiology, Prenatal Massage and On-Site Chair Massage, having started her own on-site chair massage company a few years before known as “Corporate Care.” In 2007, Colleen partnered with a CranioSacral Therapist and together opened The Natural Health Center of Central NJ. During the growth of her business, she also became a member of The Gentle Healing School of Massage PAC Team. Equipoise Massage Therapy, Colleen’s latest business venture, affords her a balance between teaching, work and family. Being in the moment has helped Colleen to clarify what she wants to manifest in her life. She would like to help others find that same sense of equipoise. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa: Doug Elman, a graduate of Cortiva has been an employee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa since 2005. He started his career with Hand and Stone as a Massage Therapist, working his way up to Lead Therapist, Corporate Trainer and now Director of Massage Therapist Training for Hand and Stone Franchise Corporation.  Doug also maintained his own private practice from 2005 – to 2012 and continues to be a working therapist at the Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa in Manalapan, NJ.  Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, Doug was a Tradeshow/Special Events Coordinator and later a Sales Representative for Ricoh Corporation and then, Cintas First Aid & Safety.

Massage LuXe in NJ: Sapan Inamdar has over 10 years experience in financial services at companies such as Merrill Lynch, Citi and Fidelity Investments. His background is in operations and client services for international banks & hedge funds. Sapan has a Bachelors degree from Rutgers University in Economics and an MBA from Pace University in Finance. Sapan has always been an entreprenuer, at the age of 17 he started his own DJ services business which he ran successfully for 6 years before moving into the corporate world. He managed more than 50 events with some larger than 1000 people. When looking into different business opportunities, he jumped at the chance to become a Developer and franchisee of Massage LuXe in NJ. Sapan manages a Spa in South Brunswick NJ which has 9 treatment rooms. Massage LuXe provides facials, massage and waxing to their clientele at reasonable prices. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Princeton, N.J: Kevin McArdle owns and operates Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Princeton, N.J., which he and his wife, Joanne, opened in December 2010. The nine-room day spa specializes in top quality and affordable massage, facial, chemical peel, microdermabrasion and waxing services, which have driven the significant growth of the Princeton location’s substantial membership base. Kevin brings a strong business and marketing background built during his 30-year career in corporate America, where he served in senior leadership positions for leading national and international insurance and financial services organizations. He is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
